September has been quite hot and the kitchen garden keeps happily producing. This year I have added many varieties of onions, and a few peppers… most actually turn out to be way too spicy for us, so they are mostly a photooportunity before being gifted out to some spicy trained palates 🙂
General view from the daybed’s corner:

Chard

Rhubarb

Peppers

The basil has grown taller than the onions!

The strawberries are still happily going, they are tiny but super tasty

Tomatoes

Calendula, a good neighbour for the tomatoes

Courgettes

It is also time to do some planting, now that the rain is finally showing up. Although the skies have been menacing all week-end, we ended up having a very short but terribly strong storm in the end. Climate change is definitely happening and water harvesting is one of my priorities in the very short term.

Love my indigo nails after the Indigo Aidate course @Buaisu 😉
